The standing lumbar extension is another flexibility based exercise that is part of our exercises for back pain blog posts.

Standing Lumbar Extension

1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart

2. Put your hands on the back of your hips

3. Arch your back backwards

4. Hold for three seconds
