I want to use this blog to keep reminder our readers and customers about our weekly exercise classes at St George’s Church Edinburgh.

Every Monday and Thursday from 6.30pm we have fun going through a challenging circuit training class that is designed for any fitness level.  Circuit training is particularly great for helping women to tone up and lose weight and if you attend twice a week you will find a new lease of life and energy returning to you within a couple of months.
