Personal Training atactivexclinics
Personal Training can benefit most people by:
Helping motivate you to reach your goals
Giving you direction in your training
Keeping workouts fresh and fun by avoiding repetition
Helping you to look and feel better
Personal Training is performed in our private Studio at 14 Stafford Street, managed by our Director of Exercise Oliver Jessop. Using the latest equipment and exercise techniques, we coach you to reach your goals. We specialise in weight loss, postural correction and rehabilitation to help you live a longer, more active life. You can work in a conventional way with one of our Personal Trainers, or subscribe to our the maxplanprogramme which is a “leading edge” health assessment and health optimisation programme.
Training in the comfort of a private studio gives you the individual attention and use of all equipment to help you work towards a manageable target. Your first session is based upon fitness testing and goal setting. By the use of our bespoke system, a plan of how to meet these targets is created and your personal programme of exercises to fit in with your schedule is created. All of our fitness progarmmes can be viewed as PDF’s on iphones and blackberrys. Even though you have your own programme, we are always here to provide support and back-up should you have any questions.
During personal training sessions we work on very specific aspects of training using dumbbells and benches, core stability balls and vibration technology supplied by Vibrogym. We can aim for weight loss, postural correction, anti-cellulite workouts, sports-specific workouts, or any combination of these.
Today’s hectic lifestyles mean many people (e.g. Mums, business people) struggle to get to the gym, so we write a workout for you to do in your workplace or home. The only piece of equipment you may need is a chair. This gives you the great benefit of training in your office or home for a short period of time, a few times a week, to maximise your health and allowing you to live an active life.
Circuit training classes at St George's West Monday and Thursday 6.30pm
