I have started putting together a number of video clips and the one above goes through what sciatica is and how it affects you.

Is there a particular topic you would like me to talk about relating to posture, back neck or shoulder pain? Leave a comment below or complete our enquiry form and let me know.

The best cure for sciatica is “appropriate” physical activity, and there’s good evidence for the benefits of spinal manipulation, but before undertaking any kind of activity make sure you speak to a professional first.  Check out our exercise section for ideas.  Even if the only thing you can do right now is going for a walk, that’s worth doing too.
