Back pain isn’t only caused by the physical – but can also be caused by the emotional too!

Stress is a classic example of an emotional cause of back pain. Usually blood flows through your muscles without any problem but when you are stressed your muscles tighten which can limit the bloods ability to flow easily resulting in pain. Another effect that has on your body is to cause your muscles to weaken because your muscles are losing the blood supply that feeds them.
