Gavin graduated as a Gold Medalist in 1991 and has been a Vice Patron of the British School of Osteopathy and Director of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine. He has an MSc in The Clinical Management of Pain from the University of Edinburgh, and is the creator of the web's most comprehensive online course for lower back pain and sciatica.
