It is a frightening statistic but true – two out of every five adults will suffer with back pain over the coming year. Not only is back pain in adults increasing but back pain in children is also becoming more common as they spend more time in front of a computer than out exercising by running around and have to deal with carrying heavy rucksacks full of books to and from school.
